Yesterday we caught up with Mr Vejaya,a witness to one of the many vandalism incident happening around here.Mr Vejaya, a 40-year old businessman was walking in his estate car parkat around 9 in the evening when he heard a loud hissing sound followed by loud laughtersintrigued, he went to take a closer look.To his surprise, he saw a group of teenagers spray painting a carKnowing that he was outnumbered he just shout out "police!"so that those teenagers would stop and just go away
